Once it has been reset, run Sony Ericsson Software Update. I would recommend setting it to Generic Worldwide 1. I wotnclient tried telling the update service is was a Ki as I was under the impression that the hardware on the two phones was the same and that its just the firmware that's different, however it still installed the Ki firmware. John Kell Posted 7 months and 8 days after the item.
However the debranded phone had a couple of strange quirks in the menus, so I used the SonyEricsson update service to refresh the firmware. My Sony Ericsson ki started playing up recently. I would recommend setting it to Generic Worldwide 1. Still no M support! Can i flash it back with wotan client?

Its beta release was announced in March and anyone can give it a try. Finally after 2 days of reading and frustration its all going If you run the latest SE updater it locks the phone so that it can never be debranded. Using the cable that came with the phone, connect the phone to your computer and run the software.
